gk-ops is a private tool used only by Geoff Kendall with his own Google accounts. No other users' accounts are connected.
With Geoff's permission, gk-ops reads Gmail messages, creates Gmail drafts, and reads and creates Google Calendar events in his accounts. It never sends email.
Data is used only to answer Geoff's own requests to his assistants. Access tokens are stored on a private server controlled by Geoff, readable only by the gk-ops service. To answer a request, relevant email or calendar content may be passed to the AI model providers Geoff uses, solely to fulfil that request. It is not sold, shared for any other purpose, or used for advertising.
gk-ops's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
